Hi, I bought an external battery for my laptop but I have problems using it. When I insert the battery into the laptop, the laptop says "Battery 2: No battery detected. Try reinstalling or charging the battery to solve the problem." For battery 1, it shows me its health, but for battery 2, it just says 0%. I have already restarted and turned off the laptop, removed the battery, inserted it back and turned on the laptop again, but it does not help.
