1015PN: If you want to watch videos or browse the web slightly faster. The HDMI port is incredibly useful.
1016P: Only if you absolutely need the longest battery life possible or prefer the aluminum build quality, and strictly intend to use it for text-based tasks (writing, coding in a terminal).
